Additional Information:We have seen an increase in email timing out from Telkom clients/network when trying to email Hetzner customers.

UPDATE (09/07/2018): This only seems to affect Telkom clients/network when sending emails to Hetzner customers hosted in our Cape Town data centres

Telkom has confirmed that a change was made on their side, our Networking engineers have connected to Telkom's new peering solution which has resolved the issue.


Customers may experience slow or intermittent mail deliveries from Telkom clients/network to Hetzner customers.
